The reception rooms have open coal fires and a colour TV DVDCD player are all supplied (an X BOX with games can be hired upon request subject to availability.) Externally there is an attractive sheltered private front garden with garden furniture table and seating and off street parking to the rear of the property for one car (or more by arrangement) with a storage building for golf clubs or cycles etc. Beyond the front garden there is also a public park (with pavilion and picnic bench) which also directly overlooks the shoreline.
