Traditional guest house (fully refurbished 20080910) with warm clean and comfortable en suite rooms. We have a choice of single twin double and family rooms. Access at all times free parking and free WiFi. All rooms have digital television hair-dryer beverage facilities and mini-fridge. The house is double-glazed and centrally heated for your comfort year round. We are just 200 metres from the sea front with its lovely blue flag beaches. The town centre is only a 5 minutes walk with national and local shops art galleries and antique shops. There is a huge variety of cafes pubs and restaurants to eat in some right on the harbourside with magnificent views. Falmouth has the small boat collection of the National Maritime Museum and a newly opened Rick Stein fish restaurant. We are close to two rail stations and on a bus route and only a few steps from the South West Coast path. We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs and can provide dog food. University College Falmouth is just a few minutes away. We serve a full cooked Cornish breakfast using Fairtrade local and free-range ingredients. We make our own boozy marmalade and cook real porridge to order. Try our scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or a tasty kipper!
