We have recently undergone a large refurbishment which was recognized by the ETC whom have upgraded us to 4 Star Guest House Accommodation. All of our rooms are now en-suite 2 rooms have king-size beds along with larger than standard showers in their en-suite bathrooms. FREE Wi-Fi is available to guests. We are situated in an ideal location 12-15 mins (0.9 of a mile) walk to the very City Centre. A Generous Full English Vegetarian or Coeliac breakfast IS INCLUDED. Car parking is no restriction street parking. We take most creditdebit cards but we don't take American Express. If you would like to book our Ground floor room please make this clear at the time of booking. Ebor Race week bookings are a 3 night minimum and must start before Wednesday the 18th of August. X-mas Day Boxing Day and New Years morning breakfast is a self service continental not a cooked breakfast. We are a family orientated Bed and Breakfast and do not take Stag or Hen party bookings.
