These funds will be returned to your credit card after departure but may take 5 -10 days to become available. Other than a credit card pre-authorisation we will accept a cash bond which will be refunded to you upon departure following an inspection of your apartment by our duty staff. $200 for Studio and 1-Bed Apt $500 for 2-Bed Apt and 3-Bed Apt $1000 for Sub-Penthouse Apt and Penthouse Apt.
